Dr. Njoki and is the CEO of Hope Consulting Dr Njoki combines decades of experience in

business, tax preparation and a certification as a Business Consulting

Coach. She has business experience in multinational business ventures both

in Africa, Europe and USA and has travelled broadly. 

Dr Njoki is also a Life Planning Coach with a published planning journal – Life Planning Journal

by Dr Caroline Njoki. Her Business Consulting and Coaching Services to

coach and consult with small business founders and owners. Helping them

navigate through the complexities of starting and maintaining successful

Dr Caroline Njoki is also Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Kijo4

Group, a family-owned Tax Preparation company based in Atlanta Georgia,

USA, that has excellently served its clients in the USA, Asia, Europe,

Islands, and parts of Africa for more than two decades. She has a strong

passion for taxation, and she enjoys helping people understand tax laws.

Dr. Njoki combines her vast experiences in business consulting, tax

preparation, business coaching, and mentorship to simplify business

practices to independent contractors, entrepreneurs, small, and mid,

businesses and organizations to help them scale towards growth and

success. This excellence earned Kijo4 Group the 2023 Comcast Rise

Award, for its efforts to serve its clients and small businesses.

Dr Njoki is an author and loves to talk about business and money through

empowering online meetings: about business habits, money mindset and

human relationships with money. She demystifies business. When she is

not working on her business, Dr. Njoki enjoys podcasting, where she shares

inspirational words about personal and spiritual development, and

spending time with her children, grandchildren. The CRM (Community

Outreach Arm) is Small Things Foundation that gives mentorship, seed-

funding and skills learning to lift the disadvantages in society.

She resides in Marietta, Georgia with her family.
