About Dr. Caroline Njoki
Dr. Rev. Caroline Njoki is the Chief Executive Officer of KIJO4 Group, a family-owned tax preparation company that has successfully served clients across the USA, Asia, Europe, Islands, and parts of Africa for over two decades. With a deep-rooted passion for entrepreneurship, Dr. Njoki brings over 25 years of experience in business consulting, tax preparation, and office management. As a business consultant and coach, she works with independent contractors, entrepreneurs, and small to mid-sized businesses, guiding them toward sustainable growth and success.
Dr. Njoki’s journey as an immigrant and single mother of four has shaped her unique perspective on business and personal development. In 2004, she founded KIJO4 Group and has since led the company to win the 2023 Comcast Rise Award for its outstanding contributions to small businesses.
An IRS Certified Acceptance Agent and business consulting coach, Dr. Njoki empowers business owners to align their purpose with their ventures. Through her coaching services, she helps them establish core values, define clear goals, and create business cultures that foster growth. She is also an author and speaker, frequently sharing insights on financial empowerment, money habits, and spiritual growth.
Beyond her business endeavors, Dr. Njoki is a dedicated mentor to women in both the USA and Kenya through her initiative, The Deborah’s, where she encourages them to grow in faith and career while giving back to orphaned and abandoned children in Kenya. As a spiritual leader, philanthropist, and community mobilizer, she is passionate about making a difference both in business and in life.
When she’s not running her business, Dr. Njoki enjoys podcasting, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and serving her community through faith-based and philanthropic initiatives.
